Yankee Boy is a tale of lost souls and dedication. Jacob Wilcott
died of wounds received during the Battle of Marianna, Florida
during the Civil War. A young man from Stow, Massachusetts, he died
and was buried over a thousand miles from his home. His spirit
lingers in the hopes that someone will help him get home. Sara
Richardson is a teenager at the beginning of her high school years.
Forced to move to a place she has no knowledge of, Ponce de Leon,
Florida, she is angry and resentful. Soon she has obligated herself
to do something that she has no idea how she is going to
accomplish. Sara is soon considered "troubled" and is sent to see a
psychiatrist. What follows is something no one expects, least of
all, Sara, her closest friend, or her family. Yankee Boy takes on a
life of its own when it embarks on a nationwide adventure. Ride
along with the teens and, of course, the Yankee Boy.
Sweet Melody follows the Huffman family through the trials and
tribulations of living in a Victorian home inhabited by the spirit

and concerned about the appearance, out of nowhere, of their
child's unexplained talents. Gerry is as confused as his parents
because his sudden talents are unknown to him. Recurring character,
Agatha Whidby, helps the family try and figure out the source of
Gerry's talents. This book is the third in the 'Open Pond Ghost
Stories' series and continues taking the reader into the town of
DeFuniak Springs, Florida and its historical past by way of its
Victorian era homes.

Karen and Jeff Miller had the perfect life; a happy marriage, a
young and precocious daughter, Chrissy, and a son on the way,
and... they had just won a lottery. They bought their dream home;
an early Twentieth Century Victorian located in a charming
Northwest Florida town. Little did they know how much their quiet
and perfect lives would change once they moved into their new home
and their daughter met her new 'imaginary friend'. All children
have imaginary friends - don't they?
That notorious evening at Villa Diodati when Lord Byron challenged
his contemporaries to write a ghost story, his summons brought
forth a mad doctor intent on reanimation and a vampire drunk with
bloodlust. The night modern horror was born was notoriously dark
and stormy, as were the lives of those who wrote the most
fearsome--yet beloved--tales in literature, for those so gifted
were also cursed. Horrors, a graphic novel, reveals in gruesome
detail how Mary Wollstonecraft, Bram Stoker, Edgar Allan Poe and
other masters of the genre were haunted by their monstrous
creations.
